Enjoy a relaxed and informative wine tasting in the comfort of our air-conditioned shop and tasting room in the centre of Carcassonne La Bastide Old Town. Discover the richness and variety of the wines of the Languedoc and Roussillon and explore some of the rare grape varieties unique to this region. During the presentation, you will enjoy and discover between eight different wines from all over the region, covering all styles. Savour cheese and charcuterie platters with vegetarian and vegan options. Learn about the rich history of wines from the Romans to the modern day and discover the wealth and variety of this region, possibly the most exciting wine-producing region in the world today. Includes: - Wine tasting of 8 different wines from the Languedoc Roussillon - Cheese and charcuterie platters - Vegetarian and vegan options - Presentation, talk and tutored wine tasting lasting 2 hours Minimum 2 people and maximum 8/10 people per group.
